The soul healing ritual is a curated, holistic approach, which supports internal wellness that goes beyond physical and energetic healing.
Begin with choosing an essential oil that resonates with you, while sage is burned, Sage is used to cleanse the space before beginning the facial.
The essential oil will be applied on different relaxation points throughout your body prior to compressions (shoulders to feet). Crystals that represent each chakras will be placed on and around your body to support the flow of restorative, positive energy. A hot towel, massage oil and hot stones are used throughout this treatment.
Reiki, an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and alleviates anxiety, is used during this ritual. This approach focuses on clearing the negative chakras located inside of your body, which can be clouded with the pressures of your day-to-day life.
Your face will be cleansed, toned and exfoliated using a mix of products that consist of clean and organic ingredients, facial cupping(suction is created on the skin with the application of glass cups), Kansa wand and/or jade roller are used throughout the process.
The facial also includes a face mask(can be upgraded), an upper/lower body massage (arms and shoulders/legs and feet ) with hot stones and a scalp massage. A gua sha (face, decollete and shoulders) will be used to encourage lymphatic drainage.
A variety of modalities, tools and techniques are used throughout this treatment to facilitate a sense of ease, balance and rejuvenation.
The treatment will end after the ringing of a singing bowel, used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration.
